"Kannawidan Festival"

                The 2012 Kannawidan Ylocos Festival opened with a concelebrated mass held at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral followed by a procession of the patron saints of the 40 parishes including the images of Jesus Christ and Virgin Mary around the province’s capital city in the afternoon of on January 29.

                Through this “Kannawidan Ylocos Festival, we are preserving and sustaining our old traditions, attractive products and practices as we are also promoting our tourism industry.This kannawidan is now it's 5th year of being celebrated.It also help to enhanced and promote the products of our locality.

"CHANGE:It's start with me"

                        Every one of us are given a chance to change and I believe that it's starts on our self.
                         We can't deny the fact that we are now in a modern life and we are suffering different cases or problems in our country.And all we want is a change. We want a change in our country. And that change that we are aiming can only be resolved/ reach if the change will starts on us people.
                         "Ako ang simula ng pagbabago". A quotation that I really believe. All the change that may happen really starts with us. We should do the first action on ourselves before doing it ti other people. Other people do change themselves through the influence of others.
                          So if all of us starts the change on ourselves, without depending to others, we can make a change.

"WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME AN ICT STUDENT"

                         I.C.T is one of the subject of the first five section of the regular class and two special science classes. I was in third year when I took up the I.C.T subject. For that time, I experienced difficulty because I have no enough skills about computer.
                          As time goes by, because of being an I.C.T student, I've learned much and I have enhanced my  skills ion computer. I've learned all the things related to computer. The I.C.T  has a big contribution in my studies. I'm very lucky because I am one of the student of I.C.T.
                           With out this I.C.T subject I think until now I don't know how to use the computer. I'm very proud and happy that I am a I.C.T student.And because of that I don't regret  in having I.C.T subject.

"MY DREAM MY FUTURE"

                          All of us have a own dream in life.Maybe others dreamed to have laptops, a house and lot and etc.But that is not what am I dreaming of.
                          We are now encountering different problems  but it is not a hindrance of not continuing our goals in life.Finishing my studies is my dream in life. Nowadays, poverty is the main reason why people cannot attain good education.My dream is my future.My dream serves as my guide and inspiration to step on my future. It helps me to have more confidence and strong belief in myself. My dream leads me to the right way going to my future.
                           Just continue dreaming. Keep our dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in our self, visions, hard work, determination and dedication.Remember all the things are possible for those who believe.

"MY REFLECTION"

                 Time runs so fast!!!Because third grading is about to end.
                 In this grading our our topic was all about HTML Tags, HTML Links, HTML Images and etc. We have also our exercises to test us our skills in putting tags on the different context.  In this grading I can say that I didn't encountered any problem regarding to our lesson.  I can follow the instructions given by our teacher.  It is very enjoyable and exciting to put tags on it.  I've learned that listening to our teachers to their discussions is very important so that whatever exercises or things that they want to give us we can follow and can't encounter any problems.
                 Moving on I will improve more myself and skills about computer in the next grading.

New Year,New Me

       2011 has already end up. Forget those bad happenings.treasures and those happy memories.
       Begin the year with a big SMILE. New Year, New Me. It doesn't mean that I will change my attitude, my physical appearance and etc. I'm very happy that I have successfully surpassed 2011 and now another year to comes on my way. If ever I made unnecessary doings last year,this year, I won't do it anymore. I will make this year a prosperous, a colorful and a meaningful one. Problems, challenges will surely encounter and comes in my life. And I hope I can solve or face it very well. I won't let that problems defeat me or ruin my life. I hope this 2012, many blessings will come on my way.
        In term of family and friends. Change for the better. Let's keep that bad happenings and let's start again the journey. Let us give our best this year. 

Keeping In Mind Our Mother Tongue

          Our words, our pronunciation and the methods of combining them used and understood by our own community is our language.
          We all believed that all of us have grown up having an own dialect or language in our own place.  Just like "Iloco" our own dialect.  It is our first dialect that we have met when we were young.  It is our language that we've been using until now.  Our language is our systematic means of communicating ideas or feeling to other people.  So it is very important for us to give importance on it because we are now in modern world.  We are learning the different languages of the different places in the world.  Like the English language, etc.  Eventhough we know and we are learning the different languages let us not forget our mother tongue.  Instead use it and keep  in mind.
